Fundraisers who visit Denver may apply for a Teudah/certificate, which states that their documentation and purpose have been examined and verified. Through independent inquiry and thorough an extensive national database of applicant records, it can be determined whether the need is valid and that the funds collected are properly apportioned. Applicants sign their agreement to adhere to rules of conduct and to their understanding that infractions are recorded on the national database.
A fundraiser should be in mind that as approval for a certificate is not guaranteed, the forms should be filled and submitted before planning a trip to Denver. Please allow at least 3 days for processing and approval.
