Starting at a more convenient hour of the day, this second Daf Yomi shiur, delivered by the eloquent allows for a fuller night sleep before the shiur and has encouraged great increase of interest in Daf Yomi.
Kinyan Masechta Program
1 hour before mincha during the summer months and 7:30-8:30 p.m. during the winter months
Essentially an Amud Yomi learning program, the enormity of the impact of this program, since established by Rav Steinberg just over five years ago, is difficult to describe. With over 35 participants citywide, each masechta is learned and reviewed twice, and now learning the 12th masechta! A weekly test is available for which one receives a modest stipend. The heightened level of gemorah learning due to this program is strongly felt, and has engendered a new fad amongst us: Siyumei Masechta!

Each Sunday evening, starting 25 minutes before Mincha the Sefer Michtav M’Eliyahu by Harav Eliyahu Dessler z”l is learned in a Chabura format. Each week a specific piece of the Sefer is learned b’Chavrusa for 20 minutes, and followed by a 5-minute summary by the Rov. Join this excellent and powerful chabura, through which each week we can glean from the timeless and provoking words of Rav Dessler and attain real development and growth in Avodas Hashem.

Ours is a community filled with Lamdanim! Every second Leil Shabbos during the winter months, the community is invited to the home of one of our Kehilla members for some lekach un bronfin, and a well developed pilpul on the parsha of that week.

Tiferes Shiur for Women
Once a month, TBATiferes is an internationally run Shiur for women by the Chofetz Chaim Heritage Foundation. One can join Tiferes with a year long memebership that gives you access to weekly shiurim on the phone and once a month there is a get together in the home of Mrs. Aliza Chernitsky to watch a video with 2 speakers. Leil Shavuos Finish All of Shas Shiur

Bochurim! Here is your opportunity to cover the entire Shas in one night! In this annual shiur delivered by Rav Steinberg, a piece of gemorah from each and every masechta in Shas is discussed and accompanied with a story. Although it is geared for bochurim grades 4-8, adults are certainly made to feel welcome as well.
Likras Shabbos for Boys
Now in its 4th year, this extraordinary program, more visual and picture based than textual, gives the boys an opportunity to acquire a keen understanding of Halachos of Shabbos in an intuitive and fun environment. Rabbi Avraham Berkowitz, an 8th grade Rebbi at Hillel Academy, masterfully leads this program. It takes place Erev Shabbos, ½ hour before Mincha. For boys ages 10-13. There are great prizes to be won and the boys look forward to this program with much excitement!
Meoros HaGedolim
Winter: 35 minutes before Mincha each Shabbos
Develop an Appreciation of our Gedolim of Yesterday and Today! Each Shabbos, 35 minutes before Mincha, one specific Gadol is described with stories and anecdotes by a different presenter each week, usually by a talmid of that Gadol. Each bochur that attends receives a picture of the Gadol discussed that week. For bochurim grades 3 and up.
Yeshivas Mordechai Hatzaddik
Purim is a holy day. Starting it off with some good learning is a great idea. And there is nothing wrong with some nosh and a few terrific prizes to help it along.
